Sandra Assaad

Sandra was called to the Bar in 2019 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. She received her LL.B. from the University of Liverpool in England

 

Since being called to the Bar, Sandra has primarily focused on family law. She possesses extensive experience in various aspects of family law, including, but not limited to, divorce, decision-making responsibility, parenting time, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic contracts.

 

Sandra regularly represents clients before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.

 

Her goal is to minimize conflict and distress that often accompanies these life-changing issues. She is client-focused and dedicated to achieving the best outcome for her clients through negotiated settlements or litigation.

 

Sandra is passionate about her work and approaches each matter with a high level of compassion and professionalism.

 

She can communicate with her clients in English, Arabic and French.

 

Outside of the office, Sandra volunteers at various organizations that support those in vulnerable circumstances. She also enjoys going to dance classes and spending time with friends and family.
