Farheen Navas

Ms. Lusi Brace-Plaku has been practicing law for over a decade, with extensive experience litigating in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Federal Court of Canada.

 

She practices in Canadian immigration, criminal, civil litigation, and real estate while managing her law firm, Brace Law, located in both Oakville and Vaughan. Lusi has built a strong team of lawyers and clerks to handle family law, civil litigation, real estate law, wills, and powers of attorney.

 

Her career includes several high-profile cases. Her immigration work involves stays of removal, judicial reviews of temporary visa rejections, refugee hearings and appeals, record suspensions, and authorizations to return to Canada after deportation. In criminal and civil matters, she has handled cases of false accusations of sexual assault and criminal involvement. While many of these cases are subject to publication bans, her most notable publicized case is R. v. Kellesis.
