I recently had the pleasure of working with Brace Law on a new mortgage. I want to say that it was the most professional experience I have had for a closing transaction EVER! The lawyer was thorough, and took the time to go through every single part of the agreement, answering all of my questions. She was polite, kind and professional. A true 10 of 10 experience. I will absolutely use them again - and look forward to it!

You must plan to live outside the province of Quebec.
When filling out your profile, you must mention where you plan to live in Canada. You don’t have to settle in that province or territory.
For individuals who want to become permanent residents of Canada and have the skills, education and work experience to work in a Canadian province/territory, there is another route available to staying in Canada.
If you choose to immigrate to Canada using the Provincial Nominee Program, you must apply to the province/territory in which you wish to settle and complete its provincial nominee process. Those who are nominated under the Provincial Nominee Program are those who have the skills, education and work experience to make an immediate economic contribution to the province/territory they apply for.
After you have been nominated, a separate application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada for permanent residence needs to be made.
Each province and territory has different requirements for the program. At Brace Law, we will help you meet all the requirements for whichever province or territory you wish to live and contribute in and ensure your permanent residence application is simple and straightforward
How we apply depends on which stream you’re applying to. We can apply using one of the following streams. The application process will vary based on the stream you choose.
Step 1. Check Your Eligibility
Make sure you qualify for the PNP of the province or territory where you want to live and for 1 of the 3 programs managed through Express Entry.
Step 2. Get A Nomination
Contact the province or territory and apply for a nomination.
OR
Create an Express Entry profile and select the provinces and territories you’re interested in. If a province or territory sends a “notification of interest” to your account, contact them and apply for a nomination.
Step 3. If You Get A Nomination, Update Your Express Entry Profile
Update (or create) your Express Entry profile and show your nomination. You'll be awarded 600 additional points that will help you get invited to apply.
Step 4. Apply For Permanent Residence If You’re Invited
Wait to receive an invitation from us to apply for permanent residence and, if you get one, apply online.
